Stuyvesant Dairy Farm Conversion
The Stuyvesant Dairy Farm renovation in upstate New York is a testament to blending heritage with modernity, emphasizing preservation, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal. Key elements include the eco-conscious conversion of a historic milk barn into a luxurious living space, complemented by geothermal systems and a two-tier ipe deck offering stunning views. The project also introduced a new electrical service and septic system, enhancing efficiency and sustainability. This transformation showcases the seamless integration of traditional charm and contemporary comforts, setting a benchmark for thoughtful and sustainable redevelopment of historic properties.

Outdoor Spaces, Patios & Decks
TWF Contracting specializes in creating stunning outdoor spaces, including patios and decks. Our projects feature high-quality masonry, custom wire rail systems, and comprehensive exterior renovations.
For a recent project, we transformed the front porch with new bluestone stairs and stone veneer risers, enhancing the home's curb appeal. We installed a matching wire rail system on the rear deck and patio, which includes outdoor TVs, new basement stairs with stone veneer, and a custom outdoor shower.
Our exterior work included installing stone veneer, copper gutters, reconfiguring dormers, updating siding and fascia boards, and applying new exterior trim. We completed the project by painting the entire exterior. Additionally, we installed a French drain system with a sump pump in the basement to prevent water intrusion.
